A new PBS Frontline documentary that examines police use of lethal force in Utah airs Tuesday. A collaboration between Frontline and The Salt Lake Tribune, the "Shots Fired" project came about following the police shootings of Fernando Palacios Carbajal and George Floyd. Producer/Director Abby Ellis joins to discuss the investigation and how the team was able to piece together data and videos from police 'use of force' cases.
